We provide a 1 year labor warranty on all work we perform. You will also receive various manufacturers’ warranties on the products used on your job. Do you have employees or do you use subcontractors?
We use our trained crews as well as only use fully licensed and insured subcontractors. The majority of our contractors have been with us for over 10 years. Do you provide consultations and budgeting?
Northeast Associates does provide homeowners with a consultation where initial budget ranges are provided. During what hours can I schedule an appointment?
We remain very flexible regarding meeting times to best accomodate your availability. How long is a typical consultation?
Each consultation is based on individual need, however, our typical consultations will last about 1 – 2 hours. This allows us time to thoroughly discuss your project with you and answer any questions you may have.
